Upon completion, please mail to Wheeler Interests, 2529 Virginia Beach Boulevard, Suite 200, Virginia Beach, VA 23452 with your check for $300.00. Checks can be made payable to Wheeler Benefit Foundation.

Entry Details

• Maximum of 45 teams
• Eight players per team (six players on the court at one time with two alternates)
• Each team must have a minimum of three females on the court at all times
• Registration begins June 1st
• Teams are guaranteed three matches (at least six games)
• Format is best two out of three games per match
• Each player receives a souvenir tournament t-shirt
• Players must be 18 years or older
• Tournament/Referees will follow N.A.D.A. Rule Book
